It has been reported that a service affecting incident exists for the following services:

SMEs are investigating. The estimated time to repair is unknown.
There is slow performance of UH Web Services, including AccessUH and FAMIS.
SMEs are troubleshooting this incident. The estimated time to repair is unknown.
In response to the ongoing web services incident, SMEs have disabled the following services in AccessUH to improve overall service quality.
Software Download, Get Involved, Baseline, Skillport - Books, Skillport, Office 365, Gartner, Graduate Online Application, and uhregistered WiFi Registration
The Web Farm Applications in AccessUH (icons) have been re-activated at 4:30pm and all seems to be working well.
A ticket remains open with the vendor, as the root cause has not been determined.
